BDO’s annual IPO Halftime Report outlines trends in the public markets. The report gathered information from capital market executives, covering questions relating to the recently enacted JOBS Act, access to capital, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other investment trends. Starkes says the perspective from these industry insiders is by and large optimistic in response to the requirements of the JOBS Act.
