OMP Member company is seeking a General Manager with International experience (preferably China experience) to contact US companies seeking to enter the China Market and drive strategic planning and members recruitment for an American Enterprise center in Shanghai. Candidate should have at least 15 years experience and demonstrated success in managing staff. He/she will be required to build a 4-5 person business development team and to open West coast office, preferably in Los Angeles.
Principal responsibilities: Help hire, train and supervise Business Development team in US.- Maintain full P/L responsibility for the country and direct the business in US.- Marketing ACE and enhance presence in US market and play active role in the identification of suitable candidates both for ACE in Shanghai as well as for virtual platform- Provide leadership, motivation to the US based sales team- Target to recruit 50 customers within a year for ACE in Shanghai.
