The BIO CEO Investor Conference remains one of the most important events for companies, investors and industry executives to explore partnerships, raise capital, network or simply gain some useful, fresh insight from industry experts. Monday’s opening Plenary Session, Word on the Street–Buy Side View for 2013, was informative and featured some of the industry’s most respected names.
Hosted by BioNJ, Pennsylvania Bio and Delaware Bio, their three word mission: “Find. Fund. Facilitate.” was clearly accomplished. Networking is still an integral part of these cerebral gatherings, however programming at this conference provided attendees with candid information, stimulating conversation and a new perspective on the industry.
BIO (Biotechnology Industry Organization) and OneMedPlace share many of the same goals. Both groups want to see innovative and effective life science therapies come to the marketplace.
