Jade Pharmaceutical Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of AMDL, Inc., disclosed new regional distribution agreements for its Goodnak anti-aging and skin care injectable product line. Goodnak is the first of a line of skin care products being developed by Jade’s subsidiary JJB.
The exclusive, one-year renewable Distribution and Agency Agreements cover key cities in the Shanxi, Xinjiang and Gansu Provinces of China – areas with a population of approximately 86 million people.
The combined value of the first two agreements specify a minimum initial order of $3,422,102 and a minimum purchase of $6,844,206 during a one-year period.
The third round of distribution agreements may put JJB on the path to $24 million in product sales over the next twelve months, this according to Frank Zheng, managing director of Jade Pharmaceuticals. A great start in an already hot skincare market.
