OneMedForum SF 2012 is around the corner and we are gearing up to present some of the most promising companies and technologies, as well as innovative approaches to funding the growth economy. In this issue:

Connecticut Innovations (CI) announced that it has made a follow-on investment of $750,000 in Soft Tissue Regeneration through its Eli Whitney Fund. The investment will allow the company to improve its developments of L-C Ligament and ACL reconstruction. See the company present at OneMedForum SF 2012.

Cytomedix announced the implementation of a letter agreement allowing an undisclosed global pharmaceutical company an exclusivity period until December 31, 2011 to conduct further due diligence with regard to AutoloGel PRP System. As compensation, Cytomedix received a $2 million non-refundable option fee.
