PhotoMedex, from Montgomeryville, PA, has hired a public relations firm to promote its XTRAC Eximer Laser System, which is used for the treatment of psoriasis, vitiligo, atopic dermatitis and leukoderma.
The agency of choice, Wayne, PA-based Boyd Tamney Cross, will promote the system in the dermatology trade, consumer and business-to-business markets by generating and distributing regular news releases and peer review and non-peer review articles. The agency also will focus on building brand awareness, helping to build and support an XTRAC physicians’ network, and on supporting key industry conferences.
Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates will continue handling PhotoMedex’s investor relations.
